All products are thoroughly checked prior to shipping to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers. 5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1All orders within the US are shipped via FedEx or USPS with signature requirements. Packages to PO Boxes are shipped via USPS only 

5.2 Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders. Standard delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days after processing. Economy delivery takes 5-8 business days after processing. 

5.3 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5.4 Risk of Loss: For any issues related to lost or damaged packages after they are in the carrier's possession, please contact your local post office or shipping provider directly. We are not liable for any such issues once the package is with the carrier.

5.5 Processing Times: Orders typically take 1-10 days to process before they are handed over to the carrier. Hot Tools processing time is 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. 

5.6 No weekend/ Holiday Processing: Orders are not processed over the weekend or during national holidays. 

5.7 Expedited Shipping Requests: For expedited shipping, email us at contact@geminellehair.com with your order number. Note that not all requests can be accommodated. 

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

6.2 Review Products: Upon receipt of your order, please review your products immediately. Any issues with the product must be reported as specified in section 4.2.
